A full upper-face plan treating frown, forehead and crow’s feet together, mapped as one coordinated treatment rather than three separate add-ons.
Natural-looking outcomes focused on balance, precision, and facial harmony

Typically the right plan for patients with visible activity across all three zones, often noticeable in photographs even when the face feels relaxed.
- Dynamic lines across all three upper-face zones.
- Patients in their 40s–50s with established movement patterns.
- Those who’ve had one or two areas treated and want a more complete result.
- A preference for one comprehensive plan over piecemeal visits.
- A heavy, concentrated look across the upper face.
- Deep-set lines visible even at rest.
- A desire for a complete, cohesive result.

All three muscle groups are assessed and treated together, since they influence brow position and eye-area movement as a connected system, not in isolation.
Dose is distributed according to your actual muscle strength in each zone never split evenly by default to avoid a flat or over-treated look.
For more mature patients, Dr Kay will also flag if a broader facial assessment, covering skin quality and volume, would serve you better than muscle treatment alone.
Confirmed at assessment, if one zone isn’t meaningfully active, Dr Kay will recommend two areas instead.
No- conservative dosing is used specifically to avoid this, and treatment can be built on gradually.
Treating all three together allows dosing to be planned as one map, rather than reacting to each previous treatment.
Sometimes, though many first-timers start with one or two areas to assess response first.
Around 20–30 minutes for treatment, once a plan is agreed at consultation.
