What you are paying for

The same fee buys very different things

Around London the same number can mean a ten-minute appointment with someone following a fixed protocol. Here it means all four of these, every time.

  • An assessment with Dr Kay

Your medical history, your medication, and how your face moves at rest and in motion.

  • A written plan before anything is agreed

With an exact, final price on it. Nothing is decided while you are in the chair.

  • Treatment by Dr Kay himself

GMC-registered, 30 years of clinical experience, ultrasound-guided where it is indicated.

  • Your review two weeks later

He checks the result himself and adjusts it if it needs it. Included, not an extra.

The full-face plans

Why a full face is done in three visits

Every harmonisation plan is delivered in phases, three to six weeks apart. The staging is clinical, not commercial.

01

Foundation

Structural support first. Usually temples, cheeks and midface, restoring the architecture the rest of the face rests on.

02

Contour

Definition next. Jaw angles, jawline, chin and pre-jowl. Part of the Restore and Complete plans.

03

Refinement

Finishing balance. Lips, mouth corners, marionettes, fine adjustment, and a proper look at the whole result.

Why it is not all done at once. Spacing the work lets tissue settle, allows Dr Kay to reassess between sessions, and keeps the volume placed at any one visit low. That is both safer and gives a result that looks like you rather than like treatment.

Before you book

The questions people actually ask

If yours is not here, ask the clinic. Nobody will chase you afterwards.

Ask your question

Do I have to pay for a consultation?
New clients, particularly for filler, pay a £100 clinical assessment. It is charged separately from treatment and it covers your medical history, how your face moves and sits, an ultrasound-guided assessment where it is indicated, and a written plan. You are under no obligation to go ahead afterwards.
Can the price change on the day?
No. You are given an exact, final price after your assessment and before anything begins. Nothing is left open ended and nothing is decided while you are in the chair.
Is the two-week review really included?
Yes. Dr Kay sees you again two weeks later, checks the result himself and adjusts it if it needs it. It is part of the fee, not an extra, and almost nobody in London includes it.
Do I have to buy a course?
No. Course prices are shown where a course is the usual clinical choice, because those treatments build over months. You can always start with a single session and decide afterwards.
Why are these fees higher than some clinics nearby?
Because a GMC-registered doctor with 30 years of clinical experience assesses you, decides the dose or the volume from your anatomy rather than a fixed protocol, treats you himself, and sees you again two weeks later. The word on the price list is the same. The appointment is not.
