Unhurried time with the doctor, not a sales conversation

Dr Kay carries out every assessment personally. You use the time to understand your options and to leave with a realistic, individualised plan. Where a concern is better suited to a different specialist, or is not something this clinic treats, you will be told honestly.

    If Dr Kay considers treatment unsuitable, your deposit is refunded in full. If the clinic cancels or reschedules, you get priority rebooking or a full refund.

Do I have to book this before any treatment?
Yes. Every treatment starts with this assessment, because suitability, area and dose can only be confirmed in person.
How long does the assessment take?
30 minutes, one-to-one with Dr Kay. It covers your concerns and medical history, a clinical examination, ultrasound where clinically indicated, and a personalised written treatment plan to keep.
How does the £100 deposit work?
You pay a £100 deposit in advance to secure your appointment, and it is fully redeemable against any treatment you have with us. If you attend and would like time to think, the deposit is held for 4 weeks so you can book your treatment, and it is deducted from the cost of that treatment.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is moved to a new date or refunded. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you miss the appointment, the deposit is lost. If Dr Kay considers treatment unsuitable it is refunded in full, and if the clinic cancels or reschedules you get priority rebooking or a full refund.
Will I be pressured to book treatment afterwards?
No. The assessment aims to give you an honest view, including that no treatment, or a different approach, may be best for you.
Is ultrasound used for everyone?
No. Ultrasound is used only where it is clinically indicated.
Can I book a specific treatment directly instead?
No. The assessment always comes first, because suitability, area and dose can only be confirmed in person. Your deposit is then redeemable against the treatment you go on to have.
